Premier Estate Management was built with a clear purpose: to offer a more attentive and accountable approach to property management. After seeing firsthand how many owners struggled with poor communication, delayed maintenance, and lack of follow-through, we knew there was a better way.
So we created a company centered on responsiveness, organization, and genuine care for both the property and the people involved. As real estate investors ourselves, we understand that your property represents time, work, and plans for the future. We take that responsibility personally.

Meet the team
Our founders stay close to the work, supported by a growing team that treats follow-through as part of the job.
Dannyelly oversees day-to-day operations, making sure every property, system, and internal process runs smoothly. She leads operational coordination across the portfolio, including maintenance execution, project oversight, and internal organization.
Matthew focuses on client relationships, business development, and portfolio growth. He works closely with owners and condominium associations to build long-term partnerships, and supports leasing strategy and market analysis.
Jierra leads Premier’s financial and administrative operations, overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. She works alongside our Operations Manager as a key point of contact for clients, residents, and vendors on all financial and administrative matters.
Our eyes on the ground. Guilherme coordinates vendors and on-site visits, keeps maintenance moving, and supports the team with day-to-day administration.
Leads maintenance operations and construction and turnover coordination, with a key role in preventative maintenance planning and project execution.
Supports property listings, lead follow-up, and our online presence, keeping homes visible and prospective residents informed through the leasing process.
